AIWORA must be used lawfully, safely and only within the permissions granted to the Customer.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution, destructive exploitation or intentional service disruption.
Fraud, impersonation, deceptive activity, unlawful surveillance or processing data without required authority.
Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other third-party rights.
Attempting to bypass subscription, rate, safety, security or authorization controls.
Reverse engineering or extracting AIWORA proprietary agent logic, prompts, orchestration or platform technology except where applicable law prohibits such restriction.
Using autonomous actions without appropriate approval controls where the action could materially affect production systems, finances, legal rights or security.
Reselling, sublicensing or providing AIWORA as a service bureau without written authorization.
3. Enforcement
EMIDEFENDER may investigate suspected violations and proportionately restrict or suspend affected capabilities. Where practical, EMIDEFENDER will notify Customer and allow remediation unless immediate action is reasonably required.
