1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how EMIDEFENDER processes personal information in connection with AIWORA websites, accounts, customer engagements, support and service delivery.

2. Information We May Process

Depending on use, we may process account/contact details, organization and billing details, support communications, authentication/security logs, device and usage information, project content, files, prompts/instructions, integration metadata and other information submitted by Customer or authorized users.

3. Purposes

We may process information to provide and administer AIWORA; authenticate users; execute authorized workflows; support customers; bill and manage contracts; secure and troubleshoot the service; prevent fraud/abuse; meet legal obligations; and improve service reliability and functionality consistent with contractual commitments.

4. Customer Data and AI Providers

Where Customer enables an AI provider or third-party integration, information required for the requested operation may be transmitted to that provider. The provider’s processing is also subject to the Customer’s configuration, contract and provider terms. Customer should not submit data it is not authorized to process.

5. Legal Bases and Roles

The applicable legal basis and whether EMIDEFENDER acts as controller/business or processor/service provider depends on the processing context and jurisdiction. For Customer-controlled personal data processed on Customer instructions, the Data Processing Agreement governs where executed.

6. Retention

Information is retained only for periods reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, contractual/legal obligations and dispute management, subject to configured retention, the applicable SOW/DPA and technical backup cycles.

7. Security

EMIDEFENDER uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including access controls and secret-management practices. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

AIWORA may use infrastructure or subprocessors located in different countries. Where legally required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards should be implemented through the DPA or applicable enterprise agreement.

9. Individual Rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or consent withdrawal. Requests may be submitted to contact@emidefender.com. Rights may be limited where law permits or where EMIDEFENDER acts solely on a Customer’s instructions.

10. Children

AIWORA is intended for business use and is not designed for children to create accounts independently.
