Subscription term, included services, billing cadence and fees are shown in the applicable plan, quotation, Order Form or SOW. Unless stated otherwise, recurring subscription fees are billed in advance.
Customer may give cancellation/non-renewal notice using the process and notice period in its Order Form. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically cancel already committed project fees or outstanding invoices.
Unless the Order Form states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the relevant subscription period or service delivery has commenced, except where required by law. EMIDEFENDER may issue a credit, partial refund or service extension at its discretion for verified billing errors or material service failures covered by a Service Level Agreement.
Additional requirements, increased AI usage, integrations, infrastructure or work outside scope may be quoted separately and require Customer approval before charge.
Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as required. International payment charges, withholding taxes and currency-conversion charges are allocated as stated in the applicable Order Form or law.
